PropertyEraa is a workspace for landlords and property managers to add a first property and open its saved record.

Property managers, landlords, investors, and short-term rental operators can use the current general-purpose starting flow to organize a first property record. It does not include specialized workflows for any of these audiences yet.

You can create an account, name a workspace, add one property and available address details, then review its saved record.

Select “Create your workspace,” complete signup, name your workspace, and add your first property.

A property name is required. Street address, city, state, and postal code are accepted when available.

The first release supports one workspace per account.

The current release starts with one workspace and one first property. Portfolio management and investor reporting are not presented as available features.

The current release provides the general first-property record flow. It does not claim reservations, calendars, guest messaging, or other rental-operations features.
