Overview

PropertyEraa is a workspace for landlords and property managers. We use information to provide the workspace, protect accounts, support users, process billing, send service-related messages, and measure product use when the optional analytics feature is enabled.

Information we collect

The information handled by PropertyEraa depends on how you use the product. It may include:

• Account information: your name, email address, authentication records, and session records when you create or use an account.
• Workspace information: workspace membership and invitations, property and address details, tenant and team information, vendor details, maintenance requests, inspection records, expenses, and related notes that you or another workspace member enter.
• Files and photos: documents uploaded to a property and photos attached to maintenance or inspection activity, including their filenames and the content needed to store and display them.
• Public service intake: contact details and request details submitted through a public service-intake form.
• Billing information: information made available to PropertyEraa by the hosted billing flow, such as a checkout email, billing identifiers, and payment or subscription status. Payment details are handled through the hosted billing provider rather than entered into a PropertyEraa form.
• Messages: information in requests for support and in service emails such as email verification, workspace invitations, and product notifications.

How we use information

We use the information above only as needed to operate and improve the current PropertyEraa product. This includes creating and securing accounts, authenticating sessions, providing workspace features, storing and retrieving property files, coordinating invitations and notifications, responding to support requests, managing subscriptions and hosted checkout, preventing misuse, and understanding page visits when optional analytics is enabled.

Sharing and service providers

PropertyEraa may share information with providers that help operate the product, only for the services they provide. The current app uses hosted infrastructure and a database for the workspace, Better Auth for authentication and sessions, an email delivery service for verification and product messages, hosted billing for checkout and subscription status, and R2-backed storage for uploaded files.

If the deploy enables the optional page-view beacon, a page-view signal, deploy analytics slug, and locally generated visitor identifier are sent to the configured analytics service. The beacon does not send workspace records or form contents.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the security of the service, investigate misuse, or protect the rights and safety of users. The final legal-entity and provider disclosure details are pending owner confirmation.

Storage and retention

Workspace records are stored in the application database. Uploaded documents and photos are stored through the app's R2-backed file storage and are made available only through the workspace access paths that apply to the related property or request.

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. Exact retention periods, deletion timing, and the process for deleting an account or workspace are pending owner confirmation and should be added here before final legal publication.

Cookies and local storage

The authenticated workspace uses session mechanisms needed to keep you signed in and protect account access. When the optional analytics deploy setting is enabled, the page-view beacon stores a random visitor identifier in browser local storage and uses it with the beacon request. You can clear local storage through your browser settings.

Rights and requests

You may contact us about questions or requests concerning information handled through PropertyEraa. Please include enough detail for us to understand the account or request involved; we may need to verify the requester before acting.

Security

PropertyEraa uses authenticated access and workspace-level authorization for protected product features. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting information that the service does not need for the task you are completing. Children and age scope

Age scope and whether the service is directed to children require owner and legal confirmation. Add the applicable minimum age and any child-data position here before treating this policy as final.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PropertyEraa or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The final change notice and effective-date process are pending owner confirmation.
