Subscription payments

Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before its next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not produce a prorated refund or credit for unused time in the current billing period.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact PropertyEraa through the website contact information for review. We will review the details and correct confirmed billing errors.
